Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing or using NEXT, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Community Guidelines and Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use NEXT.

Eligibility

NEXT is intended for adults who are at least 18 years old.

By using NEXT, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to agree to these Terms.

We may restrict or terminate access if we reasonably believe a user does not meet this requirement.

User-created content

NEXT allows users to create and contribute fictional stories and story branches.

You retain ownership of original content you submit to NEXT, subject to the rights and licenses described in these Terms.

By submitting content, you grant NEXT a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, and technically process that content as reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, and promote the service.

This license does not transfer ownership of your underlying content to NEXT.

Content you may not submit

You may not use NEXT to submit, publish, request, distribute, or facilitate content that violates our Community Guidelines or applicable law.

This includes, without limitation:

• Sexual content involving minors
• Child sexual exploitation or abuse
• Sexualized depictions of children
• Content that facilitates serious real-world violence or wrongdoing
• Credible threats against real people
• Content intended to facilitate exploitation or abuse
• Content that violates applicable law

Additional restrictions may be described in our Community Guidelines.

Adult content

NEXT is an adults-only platform and may contain mature themes, including sexually explicit fictional content involving adults.

Adult content must not involve minors or sexual exploitation.

Automated safety systems may restrict content even when a user believes that content should be permitted. Moderation decisions may therefore occasionally be incorrect.

Moderation and enforcement

We may use automated systems, including content safety and moderation technologies, to evaluate content submitted to NEXT.

We may reject, remove, restrict, or modify access to content that violates these Terms, our Community Guidelines, or applicable law.

We may also suspend or terminate accounts or access to NEXT when necessary to protect users, the service, or others.

We are not required to publish every piece of content submitted by users.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for the content you submit and for your use of NEXT.

You agree not to use NEXT to impersonate another person, distribute private information, violate another person's rights, or interfere with the operation of the service.

Do not submit passwords, financial information, government identification, or other sensitive personal information into story content.

Copyright and intellectual property

You may not knowingly submit content that infringes another person's copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.

If you believe content on NEXT infringes your copyright, you may contact us with sufficient information for us to investigate the claim.

Third-party services

NEXT may rely on third-party services for hosting, authentication, analytics, content moderation, payments, communications, or other technical functions.

Your use of certain features may therefore also be subject to the terms and policies of those third-party providers.

Availability of NEXT

We may change, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any portion of NEXT at any time.

We do not guarantee that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Disclaimer

NEXT is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.

We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, availability, reliability, suitability, or completeness of the service or user-generated content.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NEXT and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the service.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Termination

You may stop using NEXT at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access to NEXT if you violate these Terms, our Community Guidelines, or applicable law, or when necessary to protect the service or its users.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we may provide notice through NEXT or by other reasonable means.

Your continued use of NEXT after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.

Governing law

These Terms and your use of NEXT will be governed by applicable law as determined by the jurisdiction in which NEXT is operated, subject to applicable legal requirements.
